702 Loot Home Buying Solutions operates solely as a real estate investor and does not provide representation or fiduciary services to sellers, buyers, or third parties.
We do not market, list, or show properties for others.

Any suggestion of affiliation with licensed real estate brokerages or agencies is expressly disclaimed.

While we are not licensed agents, we fully comply with applicable federal and Nevada state laws, including but not limited to:

• Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 113 – Seller’s Real Property Disclosure Requirements
   
• Nevada Deceptive Trade Practices Act (NRS 598) – Prohibiting false or misleading conduct in property marketing or advertising
   
• Nevada’s Truth-in-Lending Statutes – Governing full disclosure of terms in any financing or credit-related arrangements
   
• Federal Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA) and RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) – Compliance, where applicable, in transactions involving lending, referral fees, or third-party settlement services
   
• Federal Fair Housing Act and Nevada Fair Housing Laws – We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other protected classes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TreeLine Heritage Group LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
   
• Loss of property value or investment income
   
• Errors in third-party reports or buyer/seller representations
   

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to us by the user, if any.
